A soon as we receive your order and confirmed payment we begin to pick and put together all the components for your order, before packaging carefully and arranging for delivery to the address provided in your order.
We aim to dispatch all of our orders the same working day, however due to Force Majeure we will not be held responsible nor will we hold any liability for any delay in delivery of your order.
If you need something urgently please ask us upon ordering and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Mini Aviation products may be returned within Seven (7) calendar days for a full refund of the purchase price.
We can not however, cover any return delivery costs incurred. Providing the product is returned in perfect condition in the original packaging, we promise to refund all payments in full, whatever the reason for return!
For all products which are returned:
- Which have been damaged or used
- Without prior contact with us
- After the Seven (7) calendar day return period
- Without original packaging
- With missing parts, components, documents or any other originally delivered accessories
Mini Aviation reserves the right to either refuse to refund the original purchase price, or to charge you for repair or related fees and delivery charges. We may in that case deduct those fees and charges from any payments to be refunded to you. Subject to the above qualifications, we will repay the actual amount paid to us, less any fees and charges due to us (as per the above) on returned Products, by issuing you a refund using the refund method we choose or by crediting your account.
All product returns must be pre-arranged with us before being sent back.
